We want you to smile when you receive your product. If, for some reason, you are not happy with the purchase, please contact us! We will fix it.

Shipping

Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at the checkout, based on your order’s weight and destination. 

Once your order has been paid for, you’ll have a 24-hour window to request any changes or cancellations.

Please consider the additional production lead time required for each order, which is added on-top off shipping delivery time based on the selected shipping method.

All frames are made to order with current lead time of 6-10 business days before shipping. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing during peak season.

If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship only after the pre-order item is released.

All parcels are securely packed and sent. Every parcel has its individual tracking number. Note that shipping times do not include delays caused by customs clearance.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please file claims directly with the shipping carriers.

Tax, Customs and Duties

Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

All goods are shipped from our Studios in Taiwan and China. Shipments to EU nations, United Kingdom, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia may be subject to import taxes and duties.

International shipments returned due to a refusal to pay customs duties are subject to a handling fee of USD20 plus return shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Important Note on Car Placement

During shipping, it’s possible for the model cars within your 3D Track Frame to shift slightly, which may cause them to appear crooked or misaligned. This is completely normal due to movement in transit.

To adjust the cars:

• Gently straighten the cars by hand.
• Use a small screwdriver to tighten the screws holding the cars in place if needed.

We take great care to ensure your frame arrives in perfect condition, and this quick adjustment will help you achieve the best display for your piece.
