All frames are made to order with current lead time of 8-12 business days before shipping. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing during peak season.
If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship only after the pre-order item is released.

All goods are shipped from our Studios in Taiwan and China. Shipments to EU nations, United Kingdom, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia may be subject to import taxes and duties.
International shipments returned due to a refusal to pay customs duties are subject to a handling fee of USD20 plus return shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
During shipping, it’s possible for the model cars within your 3D Track Frame to shift slightly, which may cause them to appear crooked or misaligned. This is completely normal due to movement in transit.
