Once your order has been paid for, you’ll have a 24-hour window to request any changes or cancellations.
If you change your mind, you may return your frame within 90 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and the mounting system has not been used. The Product needs to be sent at the customer’s cost.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any fees incurred. We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refusal of package delivery, or non-delivery due to customs clearances. Please ensure all return packages are approved and include an RMA number.
Gift vouchers and Downloadable digital products are exempt from being returned.
To arrange a return, please submit a request to team-racetrack@mrostudio.com with your original order number.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We may request clear photographs of the damaged or defective item for our records. After verification, we will provide you with the option for a replacement or refund.
We do not accept exchange to another frame or product. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
In the event you receive an incorrect item that differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you havenโt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If youโve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
