How do I create a frame?

Pick a collection.
Click “Customize”
Select your desire year, driver, addons, backboard color, and frame color.
Once you are done, select “Add to Cart”

Which drivers are available?

We use officially licensed 1/43 scaled F1 model cars from Bburago. Measuring approximately between 10 to 13 cm (3.94 to 5.1 inches) in length depending on the year of the car (to reflect the actual ratio).

Our 3D-printed tracks are meticulously crafted with precision using PLA material, a biodegradable and environmentally friendly substance. This ensures an authentic representation of each circuit layout, allowing you to experience Formula 1 in stunning detail.

How long does it take to make a frame?

Each Frame is individually crafted to order. Because we offer a wide range of custom combinations, our current lead time is 3-8business days.

As a small studio, we do not keep a deep inventory of every driver/car combination. Instead, we source specific model cars from our vendors once your order is placed. This sourcing process generally takes about one week. Once all materials have arrived, our team spends 2–3 business days meticulously assembling the model car, 3D-printed track, backboard, and frame.

Note for Popular Drivers: We do maintain a limited stock of cars for popular drivers such as Charles Leclerc, Max Verstappen, and Lewis Hamilton. Orders for these drivers often benefit from a significantly shorter lead time.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your chosen shipping method. For Standard Shipping, you can expect your order to arrive within 10-18 days, while Express Shipping typically takes 4-6 days, both durations contingent on your location. Please refer to our shipping policy.

What is the size of the Frame?

Our F1 3D Track Frame Comes in two sizes: S (22x22cm / ~9×9 inches) and L (27x27cm / ~11×11 inches).

Our F1 3D Track Frame for LEGO comes in XL (33x33cm / ~13×13 inches).

Does the frame have a warranty?

Yes, we provide a 5-year warranty from the date of product delivery. Please refer to our warrant page. Additionally, we offer our traditional 90 days of full satisfaction guarantee.

How can I pay for an order?

We provide multiple payment options tailored to different countries, including Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Union Pay), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

How do you ensure the security of payment information?

We prioritize the security of your payment information. To safeguard your data, we utilize Stripe and PayPal as our payment gateway, which employs industry-leading encryption and security measures. Additionally, our website is protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, ensuring that all transactions are securely encrypted. Your trust and security are of utmost importance to us, and we take every precaution to protect your sensitive information.

I forgot to apply a discount. Can you refund me a difference?

Once an order has been paid for, we are unable to issue refunds for any price differences or apply discounts to the order.

If you forgot to apply a discount code, we can provide store credit for the difference, or you may choose to cancel your existing order and place a new one using the code. Please ensure you enter your discount code in the designated box below the order details in your cart before checking out.

Kindly note that per our policy, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Can I change or add another item to my order?

Once your order has been paid for, you’ll have a 24-hour window to request any changes or cancellations.

Can I exchange any of your products?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for purchased frames, as each frame is custom-made to order. In such cases, the only recourse is to return the item to us for a refund and then proceed to place a new order for the desired item.

Will there be any customs fee applied to my order?

Depending on the destination, there is a possibility of an additional duty fee. Its amount depends on the country’s specific regulations. Any costs related to customs duties shall be paid by the buyer.

Shipments to the EU, UK, Canada, Brazil, UAE, South Africa, India, and/or Saudi Arabia may be subject to import taxes and duties.

What is your return policy?

If you change your mind, you may return your frame within 90 calendar days of delivery. You will receive a 100% refund of the product price, minus the original shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original state and the mounting system must not have been used. Please note that the return shipping is at the customer’s expense. For complete instructions on how to process your return, please refer to our full Return Policy.

Why can’t I find my order in my account?

You likely placed your order as a guest. To fix this, simply create an account using the same email address, then contact us—we will manually link your order to your new account so you can track it.

Frame

The car inside my frame appears slightly crooked. Is this normal?

During transit, the vibrations and movements of shipping can occasionally cause the model cars to shift slightly within the frame. This is a common occurrence and does not mean your frame is defective.

To realign your cars and achieve the perfect display:

Manual Adjustment: Gently straighten the cars by hand to the desired position.
Secure the Fit: If necessary, use a small screwdriver to lightly tighten the screws on the underside of the mounting system to hold the cars firmly in place.

We take great care in our assembly process to ensure every piece leaves MRO Studio in perfect condition. These quick adjustments will ensure your frame looks exactly as intended on your wall.

How do I mount the LEGO car onto the frame?

It’s a simple 3-step process:

Attach: Snap the provided two 2×3 LEGO pieces onto the bottom of your car (one at the front, one at the back).
Peel: Remove the 3M adhesive backing from both pieces.
Position: Align the car onto the frame and press down firmly for 5 seconds.

Tip: Ensure the frame surface is clean and dry before mounting for the best adhesive performance.

How do I clean my frame?

To keep your frame and track looking sharp, we recommend these care steps:

Best Method: Gently blow the dust off using a compressed air can or a bulb blower.
Manual Clean: Use a dry, soft microfiber cloth to lighty wipe the surface.

Warning: Do not use water or liquid cleaners, as these may damage the frame materials and void the warranty.
